thanks

Lol. Crazy noobs. Sakai, You presumably mean the A6M3 Hamp?

- P/O W. 'Moggy' Cattermole - 16.11.2008

Aw...

y'know, assuming its the hampden doesn't make us noobs. People concentrate on the western theatre on this site more than the pacific, so its a fair assumption that hamp was hampden, as the raf called hampdens hamps.

- Saburo Sakai - 16.11.2008

Yes Bee, the A6M3 model 32 (Hamp). The carrier version of the A6M3.

No Shvak, i do not have any pics yet, i am waiting for someone to do the class file bit so i can get it installed in my game for testing/model adjustment before submission/release. It is in short, an A6M3 with clipped wings and a tail hook

Moggy, i am a pure PTO pilot and can assure you that any mod i make will be for the pacific

I got all excited there for a moment when I saw Hampden! I would be even more excited if I'd seen Dornier 17. Smile

- Saburo Sakai - 20.11.2008

it looks good in 3dmax, but getting it into the game is another thing.

i am waiting to get the class files for it but this had to be done by someone on the mod team. Unfortunately no one has offered so yet another Japanese plane comes to a halt Sad

Maybe someone will offer soon...............

FYI
HAP was the original male name given to the Zero A6M3 model 32 fighter, in honor of General Hap Arnold who did NOT appreciated said honor and demanded it be changed. Subsequently RENAMED HAMP
