How to play tracks in black and white for reccy missions ? - slipper - 19.11.2008

Can somebody answer the above question please? I would like to play back tracks recorded during a mission, so that they appear black and white, and grainy, like the ones supplied at the beginning of some campaigns.

Also as an idea i was wondering if any modder could make a camera mod that takes a picture directly below your aircraft, so that you could record tracks for reconnaissance purposes, maybe something could be converted from the camera ship mod ?

just an idea anyway

any help appreciated

regards

slipper

do you have windows movie maker, this can convert a movie track into bw or even sepia, but you would have to convert your track to something other than the tga file. i dont know if you can then convert it back to play in-game, but one of the experts would know. try the il-2 movie makers forum at ubi if no joy here.

"The asterix (*) makes the Ntrk Movie play in sepia times, looking like an old black and white movie. "

Learned this from http://www.il2-fullmissionbuilder.com/t ... racks.html

It will even give you those "lines" running vertically thruout your film.

Hope this helps somewhat.
