[DEMO-MOD] Copilot for B-25J cockpit - fly_zo - 21.11.2008
...just to show general idea , hopefully someone will model proper pilot figure/head mesh
DOWNLOAD:
(The link is inoperative)
Install:
1 extract to temp folder
2 copy MODS folder in to your main game directory
Extras:
PhotoShop template for placing custom face
how to :
1 load copilot.psd
2 replace Face layer with your custom pic
3 enable alpha channel
4 save as copilot.tga ( 32 bit / no RLE / alpha enabled )
5 place new file to :
...\MODS\copilot_B-25J_flyzo\3do\Cockpit\B-25J\
please refer to readme.txt file for more details ...
EDIT:
if there is interest for having copilot in all planes which are using B-25J cockpit here is patch:
(The link is inoperative)
patch instructions :
1 extract to temp folder
2 copy all XX.him files to ...\MODS\copilot_B-25J_flyzo\3do\Cockpit\B-25J\
3 rename folder "copilot_B-25J_flyzo" so it gets listed before any mod which is using B-25J cockpit
example: " 0_copilot_B-25J_flyzo"

Really, That sure is a very cute copilot.
It reminds my of the WARBIRDS movie with the female B-29 flight crew.
I hope it will end up like your girlfriend pic mod, you can have anyone you want flying at your side.

works well...but only on the J model...most of the B-17/24 and other planes using the B-25 cockpit must be using other models.....
can we get it for them all ....eventually?

well, i have them ready for all planes which use B-25J cockpit .... just didn't know if there is interest.

Hi there,
Great mod, hope she doesn't start nagging though!
Just a thought , would it be possible to mod the view of your own body
using the controls. Have always felt a bit wierd flying an empty plane.
Iwas playing Grand Prix Legends recently and the drivers body
( stearing and gearchanging especially) really immerse you in the game.
