How do you make an AVI or MPG movie from and IL2 trk file? - StarGazer - 26.11.2008

Is there a way to capture or convert a trk file to make an avi or mpg movie?

I'd like to be able to send movie images to a friend.

My apologies in advance if this has already been discussed. I did a search but came up empty.
