I've definitely saw that skinned before, not entirely sure where but http://www.flying-legends.net/ should be a safe bet.

Look for checkertails of the 325th FG by Hayate, template by Macwan. Series of P40 F&L skinned for the E ingame. The one you want is called P40F_325FG_Stud.
