i am actually trying to make better damage textures for the He-111
and after finishing the texture in photoshop, is save it, and make the appropriate folder
He-111damage/3do/plane/nameoftheplane ( He-111 )
i put the Damage1o and Damage2o in the folder and i open the game.
after being killed ingame, i dont see any of my damage texture, it seem that the game dont matter about my files,
someone know the solution?

Isn't damage also connected with the alpha channel of the
.tgb version of the AC skin ?

okey i just did what u tried , but on the me109g2 whit no problem, then i found this

so now i dont have to explain so much, like it says on that guide , and what i think, u haven't make alpha channels on the skin1o.tgb and the other 3 .tga,
a good program that i use, so it makes fast to see if they have alpha or not is the IrfanView just googel for it and its free and supports Meany format.
good luck and i hope all is more clear now, and hope ur plan is to do real damage files for all thos planes that dont have it, im to lazy to do it my self 8)
