Brightness of Lights - AIRdomination - 05.12.2008

I was wondering.. is there a file anywhere where I can set to how specular or bright the lights can be etc... I have the navlights mod... but now I feel like its TOO dim. So yeah... are there any files to change the brightness of the lights? (navlights, landing lights, etc.)
