All ini. File Missing - GPreddy - 01.01.2009

Well...
I was downloading and installing Canon's wonderful UK map, when I realised that I am missing my All ini. file. If anyone could find out a way to get me one, that would be great. I am really looking forward to playing this great map. Thanks!!
