Using different mods with the unified installer - showtime200 - 02.01.2009
I like the unified installer but it seams that some of the sounds have changed from the older versions of the sound pack. I used to use the ver 9.whatever. I loved the sound of bullets hitting the aircraft. It sounded like someone took a sledge hammer to the plane. Made me jump up outta my seat. The new sounds in the unified installer has this sound replaced with something similiar to hitting a plastic toy drum.
Is it possible for me the end user to replace the sounds in the installed unified pack to have that quality back?

yes, just replace relevant files ( back up originals ) with ones you like .... additionally you can fine tune their .prs files too ( to get effect which suites you best )
