A jetfighter! - Shrimpkins - 02.01.2009

Come to think of it, I recently made a sci-fi-looking jetfighter I figured
that I could show you all, perhaps have a little discussion about airworthyness etc.. Hahah!
Well..
Again, if anybody feels that this is not something to post in AAA, please say so and I'll delete the post.

That plane will be hard to fly......but then again all planes are ,for me, hard to fly

Haha, yeah Fredgreen! I didn't think of aerodynamic the first brushstrokes there...
and yes, figured it might be best to be narrative in my drawings aswell

1) Metatron - Thanks! I used photoshop CS 2.
2) Psykops - It's a sci-fi jetfighter I did for fun, no real use intended. It's basically concept for a arcade game.

That is some fantastic artwork Shrimpkins. Really nice peice of design.

I draw myself, and tend towards concept stuff - I never seem to draw the same thing twice. And I'm in the process of learning to 'pimp' my artwork in PS. So I for one would be happy to see more from you.

My ambition is to quit my dayjob as construction worker building bridges and docks, and become a concept artist and illustrator! I'm 20 and I draw daily, so perhaps one day... One can wish! Do you have any website or pictures? Would be nice if people started posting their doodles and airplanes! I'm a swede, but I remember when I first started drawing aeroplanes I bought the exotic magazine "Aeroplane" and drew LaGG-3s, haha!

Great artwork, but icky as a plane! looks like a bit too much Star wars/Aliens influence! There's a saying that if it looks good it probably flies good too...
