logitech attack3 - 95aqua-ta - 05.01.2009

Hi guys, I have the Attack3 joystick and I cannot get the throttle wheel to work properly.
It does work but full travel of the wheel only gives 5% throttle change.
I have tried the latest drivers but to no avail. :?

Hi,

I've had them before, they are cheap & do the job very nicely. They don't last long though, I've had about 3. Point is, not once did i install drivers...& everything worked fine, so....advice is uninstall & see if that fixes the issue. Because that wheel does work all the way.

If you have had it for 1 year or more giving constant handling...then it could be broken, like i said...they don't last long

good luck

The joystick isn't that old, though I've been racking up the hours on IL2.. Big Grin
I'll uninstall it and try that.
Thank you

a logitech calibration drifting? so common that logitech do a clear calibration utility to 'fix' it

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/441/3 ... 633&osid=1

check menus to suit os.

also be warned this will wipe calibration data for all installed controllers.

from personal experience it works- at least for a while and the periods between needed get shorter.

My first joystick... a POS..

If it is FUBAR and you need another .....

Get either a Saitek or a CH... Saitek is the easiest to get hold and best bang for the buck.. of in a hurry.. If you get one locally @ retail then get a replacement plan.. usually @ 2 years.. the week before that plan is up whether the stick is still working fine or not.. take it back to the store & replace it...

CH is good quality..... a bit pricier See the Nugget's Guide linked in my sig...
