Server browsers - razz - 06.01.2009
I can't find any good server browsers, ASE does not work for me any more.
Should I keep trying to get ASE working or is there another better way of finding il2 servers? If so someone should maybe make a sticky about it.

Hyperlobby is the most common as far as i know, everyone i know uses it.

+1 for Hyper Lobby. It is the most used multi-player front-end app for IL-2 and several other flight sims. The downside is that HL's owner (Jiri) has gone absent and there is no moderation or developer support at all. I keep waiting for the day when HL is no longer available... there is no donation apparatus that I'm aware of, and no user fees collected so I have no idea how the bills are being paid. Jiri's last visit to his own HL forums was well over a year ago.
Alternatives:
X-Fire works quite well for finding dedicated dogfight servers, but is next to useless for finding co-op servers unless the host is on X-fire also. It also works quite well for finding a slew of other game's (dedicated) servers in all genres.

GSC : Does not support IL-2 (yet ), but does offer an interesting array of game server searches, as well as it's own voice comms apparatus. Requests have been made to have the Il-2 series added. Take a look here:
