Callsign change - Decker - 09.01.2009

Sometime here in the neer future our group and another will be merging and our callsign will change. what route will i need to take in order for me not to get banned doing the callsign change. I will also need to change it in the forum. Just let me know what i need to do to make the change as much hassle free for everyone as possible.
