How do I reinstall default maps?? - No1_Charlie - 14.01.2009

I used QMB plus/QMB Minus recently and I opted to do away with the default maps in the game's QMB. Is it possible to retrieve the files or do I need a clean install?

Could somebody possibly PM me to email the files I require? I would like to use the new default Mapmods upgrade but cant until I have the default maps back in the system.

Many thanks for any help!

Have you tried simply adding them to the list in your config.ini? Do you still have missions for them in your missions/quick folder?

hi murph, I included the maps in the conf.ini but I do not seem to have the corresponding missions in the Quick folder-hence I guess thats why they will not load.

by opting to do away with the maps?

I dont understand the questions as the maps are in the game and your Mod folder Not in the QMB
The 5 stock maps should be selectable in the QMB no matter what

All other maps need to be added to the config and they need corresponding Mission Parameter
files to associate the map to QMB so you don't get a Target not Selcected error

EasyRider, there was a program called QMBminus, which allowed the user to remove the stock maps and missions from the game- maybe Charlie used this? If so, you would need to treat them like any other new map- have them listed in the config.ini, and have the correctly named corresponding missions for them.
