MOD: maybe for the config.ini - Guest - 15.01.2009

Bring the config.ini into the il2 interface?

Be able to alter it while il2 is open.

I think IL2 needs to load it,you could work on it while open.
Although IL2 would need to shut down and re-statrt in order to load it again.

The same as with the Static.ini
You can be in the FMB,looking at objects there. Then open and work on the Static.ini while the games running and your looking at objects in the FMB.

But again ,the game must be shut down and restarted to load the new changes.

Why would you want to work onyour config with the game running?

well, for instance yesterday, I was trying to change the water to 1, 2 3, 4 and it kept changing back to 1 but all three look the same. I would just like to see the options for each function seem more robust.

Ah I see

strange it reverts back to 1 ,your water when you change it.

there's a few IL2 programs you allready can download to tweak your config

here a couple links,I use both programs

the first linked program will do exactly what you want to do
