where do I find this specific Mod - Anders_And - 21.01.2009

I had it before.
Its a mod that enables lots of the maps in the QMB and also lets you set "advantage" etc etc for you or the enemy flight...

Currently I can only fly the default maps in QMB... If ayone can point me towards where I can find this map i would appreciate it alot!
