A problem with widescreen - Help! - Printable Version

A problem with widescreen - Help! - Nightshade - 31.01.2009

Well, i got a 22" screen and I set it like this...

width=1680
height=1050
ColourBits=32
DepthBits=24
StencilBits=8
ChangeScreenRes=1
FullScreen=1
DrawIfNotFocused=0
EnableResize=0
EnableClose=1
SaveAspect=0
Use3Renders=0

The problem is - i need a black patch on left and right side of the screen,

but it just crop top and bottom of my sight and give me a full screen instead.

In loadout and menu i get what i want but after i hit FLY it becomes a cropped one.

here is what you need , only its my res, but it has black bars on the left and right sides

Thank you so much! I looked for these settings for a long time. Played IL2 in windowed mode due to the 16:10 mode cropping the top and bottom. The black bars left and right don't bother me at all.
