Hi!
I want to buy the Trackir4 but I want to know, with what are u playing on your head(like a headset, a cap, a hat and so on)

Hey

I have the TrackIR4 Pro, and I uses a cap because I usually don't play with headset.

It is just fine but if you play for long it can be maybe a little irratating.

If you use a headset I think you should buy the one which are able to sit on the headset, but I don't know if it works as good as the normal, I don't see why it shouldn't.

No a hat person myself.

But it mounts nicely on my headset.

No problems as for its working properly.

"The one that sits on the headset"(well, at least one of those things) is TrackClip Pro.

As you can see it's a clip with three ir-leds, takes its power from USB. The leds are much brighter than any reflective stickers or caps, and hence tracking also works better. I use this because I play with a headset anyway, and this is light enough to go as a part of the headset. No caps or anything else extra to wear 8)

If you don't want to go with a full TIR package you can always get a Trackclip pro, a webcam, and this free program: Freetrack. This setup works really well and costs a lot less.
