Any Ideas as to the cause? - EoW_WhamO_CO - 18.02.2009

Running Intel Quad Core, Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS 512mb, 3 gig ram.

just started getting texture errors like this today, noticed it only happens when i get close to the water, but if i'm flying up at 10k ft or so, i dont see it.

drivers and/or version of core.dll files you are using

Check your conf.ini, you must have changed something.

id say the same as above here.
Im using the 8800 gt cards with 1 gb mem and 512 mb ram.
The best driver for these cards that ive found is the 178.24 and do not use the 180 drivers and above. ive tryed them all and it gives me quite a bit of a FPS drop instead of the claimes 10-30% increase in FPS.
Download also the new DLL files in here: http://mission4today.com/index.php?name ... ls&id=3246
Nvidia driver 178.24 : http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_178.24_whql.html

Check also your settings in config.ini.
And im asuming you are using windows XP 32 bit as nothing other is mentioned.

Check also that you have the latest dirx. directx_jun2008_redist
