In what file in the stock IL2 system do the prs files hide ?

I found them in IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\files\presets\sounds
but I have UI 1.1 installed and I dont know if a files folder is in the stock il2.

Yep. In the stock IL-2, the .prs files are inside the files.SFS file
