LOL ,this is the arcade setting.

Go to your conf file and make sure it says

Arcade=0 under the [game] section

lol.. I can remember that happening to me ages ago..
I can remember shouting at the monitor screen.. 'What the hell's happened here.. You have got to be f+*8ing kidding me!!'
Took me a couple of days of ranting and raving before some kind soul told me the solution.. hahahaha!!

Maybe you enabled bubbles in il-2 manager thats same as arcade...

Yep, arcade setting, which can actually be useful when learning aerial gunnery skills. It does allow you to see exactly where your rounds are going.
