New Folders - VF101hawk - 26.02.2009

Ive been looking threw the mods as i get up quite a bit of errors when using shift tab in game.

Some of the problems ive found as missing objects and so on.

One thing i noticed is the large amount of folders called nothing else then New Folders in different folders here and there??
Wouldnt this give a conflict??
And is this just messy work from modders also as some of them doent contain anything
like one was called New Folder(inside the folder FLARE) in it was a nother folder called 250 lsb bomb and containing nothing
Take a search in the mods and take alook how many New Folders you find. I thought foulders where supposed to have names to them??

I've got the same concern. I did a file search for "new folder" and there are a ton of them. Further, I'm a bit confused that many of the aircraft files seem to have duplicate files to the Cockpit folders... Do we need both? I did an experiment of combining the FW189 aircraft folder with the FW189 cockpit folder and it still seems to work ok....

I realize it is a ton of work to integrate all this stuff, but it seems there's quite a bit of potential dupes.


PS, Anybody know the steps to remove aircraft? Many of the new AI flyables aren't interesting to me without the correct cockpits, so I'd just as soon delete them from my mods. Problem arises that my game won't load when I do that. I presume I need to take them out of some lists? air.ini? or something?

ty for the spelling leson, but im norwegian and dont use english as my primary language ty!
And as long as you also understand what i mean, then whats the problem??lol

Dublicate files are also present in the sound samples. at least i cant hear a difference in some of them, but this can come of old age and bad hearing!
