Hyperlobby questions - NineToes - 28.02.2009

Howdy! This is probably the wrong section to post this, but as i have no idea where else would it fit, here we go...
I've had my first online sorties yesterday via hyperlobby (was using xfire before) and it's truly some useful piece of software, however i have some questions:

1. Why isn't there an Il-2 1946 option, only forgotten battles? Wouldn't that be less confusing?
Last but not least: what exactly is the purpose of the "rooms", e.g. airforce war, forgotten skies etc. I figure i have to "click" myself on the players list, but what then?

1. Because the maker of the software hasn't updated it in a very long time and also there is no need, 1946 uses the same exe as Forgotten battles.

2. These are rooms where people can host Co-op's.
