I hope that a nod will be as good as a wink to a blind horse - isn't this a great idea for a mod to the I-153?

I would dearly love that. Would probably need it's own slot though, as black-arts would be required.

Should be able to use the skis from the Gladiator I suppose. The Blenheim often appears with skis in the game as well, in winter maps of course.

And I have also seen photos of the Ju-52 and the I-16 with skis as well. The Ju-52 would be fixed of course. Wouldn't that be a lovely plane to have as well?

And I guess many other Soviet and Finnish planes had skis fixed to them at one time or another. How about a U2VS with skis for instance?

Actually, Agracier forgot the BI-1 and BI-6, which also appear with skis. Theirs look a bit more fit for the chaika...
