after I installed UI installer 1.1 (AAA_Community_Installer_ver_1_1) The game dont start up

I dont understand to start the switch-bat files

can anyone explain the start

Did you download all parts?

Or forgot to patch to 4.08?

Oh just doubble click on the files, what they do says already the name.
