Can't Find File I Need to Modify for MOD - WynD - 17.03.2009

Hi all,
I downloaded a Hanger mod which adds some great looking new buildings on the airstrips.
The text file included with this has a bunch of lines I need to add to my static.ini file.
I have searched all folders in my IL2 folder tree and I do not have that file.
I have also tried using MS search for the file and it comes up with nothing.
Where is this file supposed to be? Where or how do I get or create this file?
I have my IL-2 1946 all ready MOD'ed up with the UI installer, installed some other really cool maps, etc... and am getting along pretty well. ... I am a newbie to the heavy MOD thing so far so bare with me. I am still in the basic learning stage.

I'll appreciate any help I can get on this and thanks

I found mine in:
[IL2-1946]..\MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects

maybe you'll find it there also... :-)

Dont forget to make a backup file before editing anything! (assuming you find what your looking for)
editing that file could prevent your game from work if you do it wrong.

Thanks for the help.
I thought I had looked everywhere but obviously not. I found the file right where you found yours.
I'll give the mod a try sometime tomorrow now that I can edit the file.... once I back it up.
