With all these pics, I thought I would share a personal skin I made.

Is it historical? Its very good one!

Judging by your skin and your sig, you must be an admirer of Ulysses S Grant. Are you from Galena by chance? It's a lovely little town (I worked there a few summers ago during college).

The skin is most definately NOT historical. Sorry. I just like the way it came out.
I am a fan of the American Civil War, actually. But, US Grant was an unlikely character that overcame personal issues to become a great leader of men in a time when great leaders were needed.
Just my way of saying, "thanks for overcoming".
I've never been to Galena, but the name sounded good and went with the teme. I would have named it Julia after his wife, but decided against that.
It probably would have given the wrong impression if I named it after his horse, "Jeff Davis". Folks may not have gotten the reference.

Great skin. I love the Mustang and that's a neat looking ride you got there.

 Was that really his horse's name? How fitting.

"Jeff Davis" was just one of the horses Grant used during the war.
