Missing filelist.txt file - WynD - 21.03.2009

Hi all,
I have my IL-2 modd'ed up with the community installer plus some newer maps and a few other mods.
There are a couple of maps that state in a file that came with the map that I need to add some lines to my filelist.txt file which is supposed to be located in the Il-2 root directory. There is no such file that exhists in that folder on my computer. I have seen in some of the other threads in searching about my missing file that sometimes this file can get changed or possibly messed with by some mods. I have no clue if that is what happened to me.
How do I get this file back? Is there somewhere I can download a replacement filelist.txt file?
Is this a file from the original game or is this a file made by the community installer for all the mods? Can I get it back be reinstalling that?

forget the Filelist.txt... that is an old method of doing the mods which was replaced by the wrapper system a year ago...
