Can a mod be dev that makes it possible to have weather change on the fly

The same weather throughout entire mission has always been a pain.

In the Pacific it rained daily, in Russia it snowed daily, yet it ceased during some periods during the day.

It would be great to have rain when you take off and fly into clear weather, or take off when it is snowing to clear off as you fly toward action area.
