I would like to make my models (Lancaster (MkI, MkII, MkIII), Halifaxes (MkIII, MkV), Dorniers (E, J, N series) 217s, Henschel 129 B2, B3, JU88 (C2, C4, C6, G1, G6, G7, 388) Heinkel 219 (A0, A2) useable in IL2. I do not want to sound pissy, but I have asked 2-3 times how to do this or to whom I need to speak and things have not worked out. If, AAA is just for only AAA planes and if folks want to make their own mods need to do it elsewhere then please let me know. I would just like to know. From what I have seen the work that I have done is equal to what you guys are doing. I have always enjoyed IL2 effects and such much more than some others, would love to join in.

Please I do not mean to offend anyone or sound offensive just want an answer either we are glad to help or please we only support AAA planes and modders and you need to go somewhere else.

Get a response here soon Piloten the AAA mod time is always working at something and I would say the sticky info on the WIP and Beta Mods are looked at always buy all who come to AAA so do a PM to some of the Moderators and you may get a faster reply I am nether ......but do love to see what the talent that has came to make this Old dog of a game look so good and can only pray that you stay at it ...good luck and hang in there for all of us to see your work do post a photo or two

Just a thought, but possibly PMs would be a less confrontational way to pursue this. Getting in touch with Deutchmark (who is doing something very similar for the WWI mod-bundle), Magpie (specifically about the Lancaster model which he, and many others, have been working on for a while now), Ranwers (again both about getting aircraft into the game, and about the Halibag he's got in the works) and others directly might be a little more productive.

Quite rightly the AAA mod team are not very forthcoming with such information - how else can they maintain a form of quality control over what is effectively a brand. AAA has done a wonderful job of bringing new people into the modding community and showing clearly that modding has nothing to do with cheating but with improving the sim we all love. Specific, and more to the point more private requests might get you a little further. I certainly hope so, you have not been the first to become (understandably) a little frustrated over this issue, and I'd dearly love to see all your proposed aircraft flyable as soon as possible...
