Switching Version Probs - Kotp - 15.04.2009
Downloaded and installed the 4.08m patch then proceeded to install the Mod which went in no problem. Now unfortunately when I use the Switcher to choose which version and Mod etc I get an error saying \Game Switchers\4.08 Mods OFF (Original) not found.
The game then loads up but its version 4.09m
Anyone else had this problem and if so is it fixable ?

Maybe you should install UI.

I had same type of problem
But little more complicated. I have more than one drive (eg) G drive for Games.
What I did was open up game folders then find Il2 Switcher folder right click on it and create short cut then drag and drop that icon (short cut) to desk top. now works fine.

Switcher Issues - Kopfdorfer - 27.04.2009
I am having Version Switcher issues as well. Initially all seemed well, and inside my UI game folder, I manually selected (successfully version 4.09m). Then I went to fly on Hyperlobby the other night, and as the server I was flying on was 4.08, I selected that (again manually, as my switcher .exe didn't enable any thing - error saying "application failed to initiate properly error oxc0000135". I did get to 4.08 and fly for a bit, but now I can't get back to 4.09m.
Bear in mind in any answers I am a computer dope, and went to the UI not because I particularly liked the Mod combo therein, but rather to get away from patching , repatching and reinstalling.

Any suggestions appreciated.
