Possible 'Arming screen' bug..? - HispanoSuiza - 22.04.2009
Noticed that when you go into the 'arming screen' from 'quick mission' that if you start the viewer rotating the chosen aircraft, it rotates smoothly for about one cycle then slowly starts stuttering. In the past I let this go on and I think it crashed the Graphics Driver (Nvidia 175-182.50)
Also, recently I was in this screen and I started looking through different planes (D9-D11 in this case) and after the 3-4 view; not rotating view-leaving it on profile; it went to a black screen and eventually with a driver failure/recovered. Which I sometimes have to shut down and cold boot to get working properly again.

I haven't experienced this problem before... it sounds to me like it might be a problem with your system. though I imagine you aren't experiencing any problems in game? It might be worth reinstalling your graphics drivers, cleaning the old ones out with something like 'driver cleaner' is always a good precaution.

It only happens on those particular screens though I've had CTD's with Display driver failures within game online with UI 1.0. UI 1.1.1 seems a bit more stable. It has never happened with the stock/unmodded 1946.
I've tried drivers from 175 on up with no resolution, each time using driver cleaner (full, purchased version)
I just try to avoid viewing new AC in the arming screen and it usually runs ok.
(BTW, If GunnyMac were a real 'Gunny' and you were in the military, He would tell you to shutup but would take care of you nonetheless.)
