Choosing AI or Flyable - HEARTBREAKRIDGE - 25.04.2009
I may ask a stupid question, but is it possible to choose which plane will be flyable or not with the AAA mod (and how to disable the "flyable" option if possible).
In fact, I would like to fly only AI aicraft and new slot plane with "real" or "near real" cockpit (eg Spit MkI, Bf110G4, ...), and designate the other as being always AI, like in the original game.

im not sure if it works, but try it with deleting the entries in the plane_ru-, weapons_ru-, and air.ini.
but first make safety copies :!: :!:

A totally unnecessary thing to do. just don't fly the other acft. They will fly as AI anyway.

If I understand right you like to don't see the plane's name of the ones you don't like to fly into the player QMB option drop menu?
If this is your wish you need only to delete their name into the plane_ru file (if you delete them even into the weapons_ru and air.ini their are deleted at all in the sim and you can't have them not even in AI)!

if you don't want to see a certain plane in the drop down menu of the QMB you can edit the AIR.INI file and place a semi-colon in front of the aircraft you don't want to see.
eg.
A-20G
;B-17D
B-17E
This will disable the B17D without losing any of the information.

Hi!
I'm sorry but I know that if you disable the ac by air.ini the game don't load it , if you will it only not selectable by player you need to delete it in plane_ru (even if you like to change sometihing in it's name you'll must to make it there)!
I can be in error but........I don't believe!!!!

As mentioned earlier, you can just not fly it. Or, alternatively;
If you're that determined to remove it so you won't be able to fly it by accident, you could simply just remove the corresponding mod from you mods folder....
