A very quick Map folder question - Dietz - 28.04.2009

For some reason I seem to have duplicate map folders in both Mods/mapmods folder & Mods/Mapmods/maps folder.Where do they really belong...same question for 3do & all.ini.....? Aside from maps folder what else should be in the Mapsmod folder?

Map Folders go into root/MODS/MAPMODS/maps
all.ini also goes into root/MODS/MAPMODS/maps

Aside from map folders you may also have into root/MODS/MAPMODS/maps/_Tex
This is a folder for custom Tile textures

3do is to do with object mods. These do not go in the maps folder but in separate object mod folders
Example: root/MODS/Mod LAL_Hanger/3DO/....etc

Some maps will not work unless you have new mod objects installed. The readme file normally explains all of this.
