I dont think you'll have much luck with this one, i mean who wants to build New York but nice idea, proberly better suited to Silent Hunter though!

Millions of windows isn't such a problem. Just use tiled textures or something. Having a realistic destroyed object for a skyscraper is. By the way, how would a skyscraper look after ze luftwaffe has dropped ze bomben on it?
