A huge, historical or non- historical, desert map with a coastline. That would be, IMHO, awesome!

download the Africa-Greece-Italy map.
Its a huge map and you can fly over all african north coast.

Thanks for the reply Davidson. That's a nice map. However i'am looking for a map with more 'desert'. Longer distances between the airfields, longer flying times etc.

Like i wrote before, i'am looking for a map with more 'desert'. Longer distances between the airfields, longer flying times etc. After the release of the DLV_Egypt mod, which contains very nice buildings, palmtree's etc, it would be nice to see a (big ) desert map, containing these objects. 8)

You could choose not to have airfields active, making you fly longer distances? Are you trying to recreate US flights of P-40s and P-47s from Accra/Lagos to Cairo?
