After install of UI1.1 my RAF ranks are russian - bcds - 12.05.2009

After install of UI 1.1 my Raf ranks are in Russian i have tried the rank fix and even that did not help what else could i try?

do a search here for this very thing. there is a fix something related to Cyrillic characters and ranks.
