I really hate the music in the background of the main menu, that sort of military march. I don't seem to be able to remove it! I've worked on the sample folder changing wav files with different themes but still I get the same music. please help me it really gets on my nerves!

You can switch it off completely in the main menu options but I'm afraid I don't know how to change it to different music.

Wow! thanks, I managed to get rid of that awful music. I followed your suggestion and I turned off "Play music" in the menu. then I switched it back on and the music theme was different. just great.
I have a problem though, I don't know you but I'm getting addicted to modding the game, and I like it so much that I almost spend more time doing it than actually flying! well, almost really.

if you find the music files, you can replace them: ru.wav i think is the russian one, so if you create a music file you like, make it .wav format and rename it ru then you can replace the old music with that one. I had the Russian national anthem for mine!
