Hi I need a little help. I dont know how to/if i can make a squadron have the same way point.

In the game you can not go above the level of a flight of 4 planes. Look for external tools where you can clone your original flight. Uberquick generator did vary altitude, skill, skins. Haven't found a download link for that lately.

But do the other 3 planes in my squad follow my waypoint or do they need they're own?

yes the other three planes in your squad (your wingman), will follow you with out needing there own waypoints.
