Lost sight - KG64_Cnopicilin - 03.06.2009

When I fly from cockpit, I can't see the sight, only the glass where it should appear. How to get it back?

pls explain more...what aircraft? which sight? im sure you know to press shift-F1, KG64_cnopicilin! youve been around a while! Big Grin

u have a screenshot of what you are talking about?

maybe you have a reticle file missing?

yup, shift F1 should center you on the gunsight.

i disagree.
he showed both views...one in normal view and one after pressing shift+F1.

and like you said (without mods), i think you have a missing reticle file somewhere.

Oh, sorry yeah.. my bad, I've been awake a bit too long.... are you using a repaint of the 190 cockpit? I've not that one before, and that might be related to the issue?

Pirate, I don't think it's a cockpit of an Anton. It might be a TA 183.

to be fair though, you have modded something because your reticle has disappeared.

I might be because of the gyro gunsight thing, it happened to me last week, i accidentally pressed a key and it switched to the gyro gunsight - but that doesnt actually show on the glass for some random reason - i will only show the fixed gunsight, dont know if this is what is happening to you but its worth a try. Hope you get it fixed somehow.

it's not a mod that make that............ I already asked this, like 3 months ago...nobody find it but I figured what was the prob....

If I remember, u should have in your config USE ALPHA disable and USE DITHER enable.
For me it solved it :wink:

the only downside of this, is that shadows are uglier, but hey, u got gunsight Big Grin :roll:

So try and turn of /disable "USE DITHER" It makes the shadows a "screen" of black dots. You may find the gunsight still working.
