Why I don't have com\maddox\il2\objects folders? - V.Zaitsev_tn - 04.06.2009

I've followed the guide carefully, and have "File" and "MODS" folders. But in "MODS" folder, I can't find "com" - "maddox" - "il2" - "objects" folders, as well as the file "air.ini" and other .ini files. Therefore, I can't add new planes (ex: MiG-15) and other objects. Can u tell me why and how to fix it?

I've installed (have I missed somethings?):
SFX_06
English Sound Mod v0.93
MOD Activator v5.2
wrapper
AC Installer v3.5
IL-2 1946 v4.09bm

In UI they are in Mods/STD

Yes, I have "MODS" folder and of course the "STD" folder inside, but it only has "3do", "gui", "i18n" folders, no "com" folder - as well as air.ini, etc... I've tried "Search", too, but no result...

I think if you install the Spitfire Mk1 you will get some of the missing files.
That was one of the first aircraft new slot mods.

Also download Aircraft Installer 3.6 and get the buttons file from the 0.93 folder and swap it for the v3.5 which you have now.

--- But if you are starting new with this it is much easier to download UI 1.1, if you have a fast enough connection to download it.

Wow! Now I have them! Thanks a lot, Ashe! Big Grin
BTW, can u tell me how to get static.ini file?

- asheshouse - 06.06.2009

static.ini is installed by UI 1.1

---- or if you are using SoundMod 0.93 install the Spitfire Mk1 mod which came with a static.ini file.
