BF109F2 Trop Cockpit Damage bug - zulu64 - 06.06.2009

I and a few others have this cockpit damage bug with the BF109F2 Trop that came with UI1.1.
The damage has the tilted gunsight in miniature and it would appear outside the airframe. Is there a fix for this ?
