6DOF Question - Erg./JG54_crazty - 14.06.2009

How can i record exactly the movements of TrackIR with 6DOF beacause after i record a demo on il2 and use fraps to capture the video i cant record in 6DOF,it records like normal 3D cockpit and i have no good movements of head in flight any help? i think i am doing something wrong or something help Smile

When you replay the video for Fraps to copy, make sure you don't have manual view control enabled.

The IL2 recording does not store 6DoF but only 3DoF in the ntrk file, because 6DoF is a hack and came after ntrk was designed.

Upside is, you still have control over the "hacked" axes, even if "Manual view control" is disabled. So you can move forward and back, up-down and lean side-side. I did this with a clip I made for youtube. I sat in my chair, hopping up'n'down to simulate runway bumps. Big Grin Wink

Found a solution m8s tnxs for replies i can record 6DOF movement by using desktop recorder so i can record all that i do the problem is that i have to record when i play so the fps drops but is a good solution for a simple cockpit fly with 6DOF Smile tnxs
