AI in an infinite climb? - ultrablue87 - 17.06.2009
sometimes when I vs. the AI in a dogfight and i've tried this with all difficulties from rookie to ace and the ai still does it. but we will do a head on pass, i turn and chase, and then the AI will just run. He will climb and climb and gain altitude as high as 6000+ meters. Even when i disengage and leave them alone they will be in an infinite climb. it seems to be happening more often then not now. Anybody know what the heck this is about?

Yeap it sucks big time... What plane you are fighting and what you are flying. Usually when the AI plane suppose to be better than what you flying. They will gain attidute and run, sometimes they attack if you dont follow them.
I hate it too, I think above telled thing is the reason for it.

oh i have tried so many different combinations of dogfights and no matter what plain they are in unless i give them some shitty bi plane they always seem to climb higher and higher and never stop. All it does is ruin the match for me so i just exit and refly and hope they dont do it again and actually fight.
