since mp3 lame still doesn't work on 64 bit systems i found this simple app which will convert mp3 to ACM wav file ( basically an mp3 file with wav header ) so IL2 can recognize it

... just extract and read readme for instructions

i've tested it on my Win7 64 system and it works like a charm
