game doesn't load - shardana - 30.06.2009

Hi all, I managed to get rid of my old install of the game, now I re installed a fresh version of the game but when I launch it it doesn't star loading. I mean just for a fraction of a second I see the screen loading but all of a sudden the game crashes and I'm back to the desktop.
really annoying,
can please somebody help me? thanks
