RAF in Russia, 151 Wing Hurricane MkIIB's - Kristorf - 06.07.2009
Pack of six Hurricane MkIIB's flown by 151 Wing RAF during their excurtion to Murmansk in late 1941.
Also included is one skin with RAF markings and one with tail flash only.
Made with Friendly Flyers awesome template with Shooters mech layer, other stuff by me.
Many thanks go to Tim Elkington, who flew GO-31 in Murmansk/Archangel for advice given regarding markings/scheme/weathering etc and to MysticPuma for being the link between us and offering support.
**As you can see by the screen shots these Hurricanes were the tropicalised versions but will fit the standard MkIIB.
For those who wish to use the Trop filter I have added the required folder, just drop it into the 'MODS' folder in your main IL2 root folder and it should show in game.
To disable it just put a '-' infront of it**
Uploaded into the Hurricane MkIIBmod skin section as there isn't one for the MkIIB

Cheers gents,
Howlin,
The filter has been sitting on my H/D for an age, (_1SMV_Gitano did it originally), and as Mysticpuma asked for some Murmansk Hurricanes for either a film or an edit I decided to use it (for historically accurate skins), so these are the end product of that.
