Ki-43 droptank and bomb combo? - Nightraid - 09.07.2009

well, i just learned that Kamikaze Ki-43's usually have a droptank and a 250kg bomb. bomb on the right wing and tank on the left...is there anyway someone can make this possible?..u don't really need to do it for me, u can just tell me how to make it.

We do NOT modify existing game objects because we maintain online compatibility. If you can find a different Ki-43 variant, then we can adapt the new aircraft to have the correct weapons and load outs.

What you are asking has been asked before pertaining to corrected load outs for the B25, P38, P51 and P47. Corrected load outs are being addressed for the new variants.

Wait for Japancat's Ki-43 III Ko it will probably have that loadout (it was commonly used with ki-84's too)

The best "new Ki-43" that we could get in the sim to finally get all the correct armament combinations (same ones used by the Ki-61) would be the Ki-43-IIa-Kai-Tropical. It is essentially the same aircraft as our Ki-43-II with slightly larger filters (found on the Ki-43-IIb-Kai we have in the sim)....Past that there is little difference.

Combination loadouts were common be it 1 bomb, or 1 droptank, or 1 of each, or air to air bombs, etc.. More so just like most Japanese fighter aircraft the ordnance could be dropped 1 at a time (and though the side to drop from was the pilots option it was always done to accomodate for torque).
