Chose a JAPANESE bomber! I will build it! [VOTE IS ENDED] - philhl - 13.07.2009

Which japanese bomber do you want the most?

I like the Nakajima G8N1 Renzan (1944).

I am going to build one, including texture. If I am done I will ask you here to help me to bring that plane in a new slot into the game!

THE VOTE IS OVER!

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE FURTHER!!

THE WINNER IS:

G10N1

Sorry if I seem sceptical. May I ask, do you have any prior experience with making aircraft for Il-2?

- Radoye - 13.07.2009

Ki.49

- philhl - 13.07.2009

I think the Bristol Beaufort was not frequently used by the japanese Wink

I can model in 3dsmax and I know the basic things of the IL2 engine and its limitations.

Lets see how the result will look like Wink

- XB-49 - 13.07.2009

The H6K may be a more logical choice but please get round to making the Fugaku. How could possibly resist 400 downward firing machine guns. Big Grin

+1

This one or the KI49!

The MAVIS was shifted to transport duty after mid 42!

The other big bird haven't reach the production line and we must remember that even the italian have had their big one (the Piaggio P108) but the scarce knowledge of their employ and tactics plus a short number for a strategical rule have denided a full use of them (and the Japanese will must begin this in 45!!!)

We must remember that not only the plane but the FM/DM/WM must build so it's better a more little one finished that a biggest one forewer WIP!!

cheers
