Not sure if you've seen this yet, or if it's been shelved by Corsair for the time being matey, but....

Maybe Pm Corsair and see if you two could colaberate?

I asked about the proyect and Corsair told me the plane is ready and good to go but it needs an FM of its own, otherwise it is going to use the Ki 46s FM. So it is only a matter of getting someone to make the FM.
Cheers!

ho really !
and what about the cockpit?lastly it was the bf110s.if its still ,maybe i could do a realistic one

Why don't ask to the Tainan team a little hand for FM?

Corsair's plane is good for a Frankenplane, but I think it needs a new tail. You can help him about this and the cockpit (easier than make it entirely from scatch). About the FM/DM, the Ki-46 is no good. The Ki-45 was slower but much more sturdier than Ki-46 (it had armour and self sealing tanks). I think Ki-45 had better climb rate than Ki-46 (at least, Army complained about climb rate of Ki-46 fighter versions, no complains about the Ki-45)

tried to contact corsair and waiting.
the randy could be a good one to do with the 57mm cannon and ,eventually, the air to ground missiles... and i think nobody started a ki 102
lets see....
ki 45 rate of climb - kashiide - 18.07.2009
i picked up a few infos
ki 45 kai: 5491kg -2 1050hp engines with a rate of climb of 11.7 meters per second
ki 46 III:6500 kg-2 1350hp engines with a rate of climb of 10 meteres per second
there is not a great difference with the roc but 1 ton weight difference

ya, cockpit is still a bf110, but aside from that, as before mentioned it still needs a FM.
only other big problem is that it is lacking in 3d guns on it in realistic spots, as they are mostly attached to the nose object, which is taken from the Bf110 and pe-3 in its case. aside from that FM is the main issue.
I had someone say they would make an FM for it, but then they got swept up with OOF and left the ki45
if you'd like what I have so far on it though, you're welcom to it.
forgot to mention, I havent't done it yet but I'm thinking of using the ki-46 cockpit. If you, or anyone else would want to add anything to it, I'd gladly let them have what I've done

hello guys i made up my mind about this wonderfull plane .im sorry corsair,i respect the work that youve done but i think that, due to the importance of the toryu in the japanese army and due to the impact that it had in the conflict, it deserves a real modelling.so i started modelling it and the base model is almost finished. ill post some pics soon .the road will be long but ill do it .ill certainly need some help so,if anybody wants to help (i invite corsair if he s ok with that)
everybodys welcome

Kashiide!
I welcome your Toryu project with JOY!!! I have built many Japanese campaigns through the years, and the aircraft I have missed the most is the Ki-45, without a doubt!
Good luck with this!!!!
I am excited to see what happens next!

Good work!!! Are you planning to do only the late war interceptor? The early war heavy fighter and the ground attack versions are very interesting too to mission and campaign builders.
